With a site the size of RAF Coltishall it is important to take a long term view. 260 hectares cannot be redeveloped overnight, and it may take 20 years for its full development potential to be realised. In the absence of a comprehensive development brief, a number of options have been put forward which would reuse existing buildings; the two most significant being a centre for immigrants and a prison. We think the site can be much more than this.
