  • 311 buildings, including 1, 2 and 3 storey buildings, as well as single storey buildings of tall heights e.g aircraft hangers and water towers.
  • The existing buildings accommodate a wide range of uses, including storage, office residential, industrial and ancillary community facilities.
  • The site is unaffected by environmental constraints or historic designations.
  • Limited flying of light aircraft has continued since termination of RAF operations in April 2006.
